In 2019, a family member from out of state presented us with an incredible opportunity: to manage — and completely renovate — a beloved property that had been part of our family for many years. Without hesitation, we dove headfirst into the project, not knowing it would become one of the most meaningful journeys we’d ever take.
The road wasn’t easy. As the COVID-19 pandemic began to unfold, we faced supply shortages, delays, and the uncertainty that touched every corner of life at the time. It often felt like the world was standing still — but with a bit of faith, a lot of hard work, and the help of some amazing people, we pushed forward.
The renovation became a true team effort. Mistakes were made, lessons were learned, and countless hands helped bring our vision to life. That’s what makes this cabin so special — it’s more than just a building. It’s a place shaped by love, resilience, and community. Today, it welcomes guests from around the world, and knowing it brings joy to others is the most rewarding part of all.
To this day, this cabin remains the property we are most proud of. Not only did we revive a cherished piece of our family’s history, but we also discovered a deep passion for property management — a journey that transformed from a one-time project into a full-time calling and lifestyle for our family.
